Our Kitsap Mall location is closing.

Hi everyone,

After almost three incredible years, our mall retail location will be closing on February 28th. This decision wasn’t easy; this shop has been the place where we’ve met so many of you, made memories with your families and friends, and built relationships we truly value. Your support has meant everything to us.

 

Over the past year, we’ve taken a hard look at how to best move forward as a small business in a changing environment. With rising costs and shifting shopping habits, we’ve decided that transitioning away from a full-time storefront is the right step for the future of The Wax Artist. And on a personal note, we’ve also recently welcomed our newest little “candle-maker” into the world, and we want to be intentional about creating more time for our family.

 

What matters most: this does not mean The Wax Artist is ending.
We’re simply shifting into a new chapter that allows us to keep offering the products you love, in a way that’s sustainable and community-focused.

Loyalty points + gift cards

• If you’d like to use loyalty points or gift cards for a candle-making experience in the studio, please plan to do so before February 28th.

• After we close the mall location, gift cards and loyalty points will still be usable online.

• Local markets around Kitsap (schedule coming soon)

• Pop-up events (including possible pop-ups in the mall)

• Local business collaborations throughout the community

• Online shopping for our candles and products
